Store Manager

Lead daily retail operations and a high-performing team by delivering outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model. Drive recruitment, staffing, and retention, and coach the team to meet performance metrics across sales, customer service, and product engagement. Own execution of store standards including POS management, inventory, pricing/markdowns, loyalty growth, cleanliness, and asset protection—while coordinating daily task priorities and follow-through.
