Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project managers with financial planning, tracking, and reporting to drive project financial performance.
  • •Consolidate and analyze monthly and quarterly forecasts and explain revenue and gross margin variances against forecast.
  • •Perform month-end close tasks including cost, revenue, and accrual reconciliations; present results during corporate reviews.
  • •Develop baseline/working budgets and EACs in partnership with program leadership; monitor actuals, commitments, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Manage AR/AP activities: process subcontractor/vendor payments, invoice backup documentation, collections support, and unbilled revenue/accrual calculations.

Key Requirements
