Own the evolution of alert notification orchestration, defining the strategy for a routing engine that delivers the right alerts to the right people at the right time. Collaborate across product and engineering teams to improve alert grouping, contextualization, and reliability at massive scale. Create and launch next-generation user experiences for automated alert configurations, and partner with marketing and customer success to drive adoption of new alerting frameworks.

•Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and the core problems behind alerting and notification monitoring challenges.
•Collaborate across product teams to identify and deliver the most critical alerts and health indicators for each product area.
•Define, build, and launch next-generation user experiences for managing automated alerts and configurations.
•Design intuitive representations of alert status and system health across the application for at-a-glance visibility.
•Scope, specify, and design alerting features with an engineering team, and continuously evolve the product with new technologies including AI tools and agents.
