Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the operational health of Digital Publishing, EDM, and Workflow applications (daily checks, reprocessing rejections, restarting suspended jobs, handling system alerts, etc.).
  • •Validate the proper functioning of the ADOC application during software or infrastructure upgrades.
  • •Analyze and resolve production incidents and user support requests.
  • •Collaborate with IT support teams and external partners (OPS/ITG) for incident reporting and change management.
  • •Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on the ADOC document workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting, including analysis, effort estimation, design, development, and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with KOFAX TotalAgility (KTA) and KOFAX Insight (certification is a plus)
  • •Strong expertise in .NET development and application maintenance
  • •Solid understanding of SQL scripting
  • •Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments
  • •Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
