Key Responsibilities

•Provide real time case troubleshooting as Product Expert support resource for Indigo Remote Support Engineers
•Interface with cross-functional teams to reduce silos and coordinate field service, regional specialists, and vendors
•Assist in preparation and presentation of training and tech debriefs; identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching
•Resolve moderate to complex technical problems across hardware and software environments; engage proactively to prevent issues
•Architect, deploy, manage, and integrate solutions; participate in architecture and design reviews to improve product quality

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in any area, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
•Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in remote support, telephone support, technologies and customer environments
•ITIL Certifications (Preferred)
•Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Java, Python, SQL, Linux, Unix, Operating Systems, SaaS, and related tech
•Strong reporting, project management, and data analysis skills with Excel and PowerPoint
