Senior Financial Controller / Head of Finance (CZ & SLO) (Praha, CZ)

Lead the full finance, accounting, and controlling function for Czech Republic and Slovakia from Prague. Serve as the ultimate Czech financial representative to the Regional CFO, ensuring compliance with local statutory, tax, and Group IFRS requirements. Manage planning (budgeting, forecasting, analysis), oversee treasury and cash-flow activities, and coordinate annual financial statements and statutory audits. Build and coach a local team of 3–4 while partnering with business leaders on complex managed services and outsourcing contracts.
