Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement RL environments that simulate cybersecurity scenarios.
  • •Build scalable pipelines and infrastructure to generate synthetic cybersecurity training instances at scale.
  • •Run experiments and evaluations to measure model capabilities across these environments, from prototypes to benchmark runs.
  • •Own and manage the environment infrastructure (containers, sandboxes, VMs, cloud deployments, orchestration) as code.
  • •Collaborate with researchers and security specialists to translate domain expertise into reproducible environments and datasets.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on expertise in offensive and/or defensive cybersecurity, including vulnerability analysis, web/network/cloud security, secure coding practices, and SOC.
  • •Strong software engineering skills with clean, reliable, well-tested code (not just exploit scripts).
  • •Fluency in Python and comfort reading lower-level languages (C/C++) for vulnerability analysis.
  • •DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments for sandboxed or simulated environments.
