Finance Manager - BMW of Monrovia

Lead daily, monthly, and yearly finance objectives by forecasting unit sales, gross profit goals, and departmental performance. Generate additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products, extended warranties, and aftermarket items. Build relationships with finance sources, submit and obtain approvals for finance deals, and manage key deal documentation. Coordinate with the Service Manager for pre-delivery, conduct sales meetings, and provide on-the-job training to salespeople while handling rate quotations and income tracking.
