Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for projects and accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • •Assist customers with Cisco technology integration and implementation, and support presales by translating requirements into solution designs.
  • •Build and review project deliverables including design recommendations, high-level/low-level designs, and implementation/change management plans.
  • •Develop and use test environments to resolve sophisticated problems and compatibility issues.
  • •Serve as a focal point for problem resolution, ensuring accurate and quick resolution of major customer issues across relevant technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced in wireless RF design and wireless network design for large enterprises with branch locations.
  • •Proven experience leading WLAN migration projects and complex Pre-Deployment Inspection (PDI) and optimization engagements.
  • •Proficiency with Wi-Fi 7, Python, and Netconf/API.
  • •Hands-on product knowledge of Cisco Wi-Fi 7 access points, Catalyst 9800 wireless controllers, and Catalyst Center.
  • •Ability to work with limited supervision, handling routine and new assignments.
