Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a reliable master view of complex insurance and reinsurance portfolios.
  • •Develop and manage transition, renewal, and key-deliverable calendars, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • •Coordinate data and documentation requirements between clients, brokers, and specialist teams.
  • •Develop dashboards, RAG reporting, action trackers, and governance updates to keep programmes visible and governed.
  • •Monitor service standards, identify programmes at risk of delay, and drive follow-up, escalation, and closure of outstanding actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in complex account servicing, portfolio or programme management in insurance, reinsurance, or a similar controlled environment.
  • •Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and dependencies.
  • •Strong client-service, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • •Comfort working with data, dashboards, and management reporting.
  • •Insurance or reinsurance experience preferred; Energy and Oil & Gas experience advantageous but not essential.
