Job Summary

Support Main Treasury operations by preparing and handling banknote/coin consignments for branches, local banks, corporate customers, and ATMs. Process bulk cash deposit/withdrawal transactions and enter cash transaction data in the Vault Management system. Verify and post cash deposits at the Cash Processing Centre, and manage cash box/coin/flag-day collections handovers with correct acknowledgements and signatures. Perform additional administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare banknote/coin consignments for branches, local banks, customers, and ATMs.
•Conduct bulk checks on note/coin pay-in and process bulk cash deposit and withdrawal transactions.
•Input cash transaction data into the Vault Management system.
•Count, verify, and post cash deposit transactions at the Cash Processing Centre.
•Manage handovers of cash boxes/coins/flag-day collections to and from cash vehicles, ensuring acknowledgements are checked and signed; complete other administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Key Requirements

•Form 5 level education.
•Relevant cash-handling experience.
•Basic computer skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Strong customer service skills.
