Key Responsibilities

•Write server-side scripts, backend APIs, and convert business logic into performant, scalable code.
•Optimize servers for speed and stability and implement secure coding practices.
•Create reusable code libraries and develop data storage solutions.
•Work with the product team to decide requirements, estimate feature delivery dates, and document technical details.
•Develop AI features for the product suite to enhance customer experiences on the platform.

Key Requirements

•4 to 6 years of backend development experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying large-scale applications with JVM or other server-side technologies.
•Exposure to building AI-augmented features that work at scale.
•Good knowledge of backend development including API development, server-side scripting, OOP concepts, and Java.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and ship with minimal bugs.
•Attention to detail, curiosity to learn, and capability in troubleshooting, including application profiling and performance tuning.
