•Lead complex Service Cloud development projects, customization initiatives, and technical design/code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
•Architect and implement advanced Lightning components, Apex solutions, and custom applications for case management, knowledge management, and omni-channel support.
•Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes; optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
•Design and implement automation workflows using Process Builder, Flow Builder, and custom business logic while ensuring maintainability and adherence to platform limits.
•Provide technical leadership and team management by mentoring developers, setting goals, allocating work, and coordinating deliverables with cross-functional teams.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including at least 3 years focused on Service Cloud.
•Current Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I and Service Cloud Consultant (Platform Developer II preferred).
•Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
•Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
