Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data extracts for People, Finance, executive, and board-level reporting.
  • •Translate stakeholder needs into reporting requirements, including metrics definitions, data sources, security considerations, delivery cadence, and outcomes.
  • •Develop advanced Workday reporting solutions using Workday capabilities such as calculated fields, dashboards, composite reports, and matrix reports.
  • •Establish consistent definitions for core workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, diversity, organisational structure, and talent outcomes.
  • •Validate report logic and data accuracy, investigate discrepancies using disciplined testing and root-cause analysis; document reports, metrics, and operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HRIS, Workforce Analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • •Hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday reports, including advanced and matrix reports, calculated fields, and composite reporting.
  • •Experience with Workday Dashboards and Discovery Boards, along with Worksheets.
  • •Strong knowledge of Workday HCM data structures, business processes, security domains, and reporting best practices.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and data analysis.
