Key Responsibilities

•Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls delivering quality client/partner service with accurate information
•Follow scripts to handle topics and resolve inquiries the same day, or within 24 hours if needed
•Contact clients by phone or email with updates when resolution will take longer than 24 hours
•Log all inquiries in the CRM with detailed descriptions and actions taken
•Perform transaction processing (ACH transfers, stop payments, wires, general maintenance) accurately

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 41,040 - 61,560 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle irate or challenging callers
•Experience with CRM systems and banking terminology such as investments, redemptions, ACHs and wire transfers
•A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience in a call center or customer support role
•Ability to follow scripted processes, manage time effectively, and work well both independently and as part of a team
•Willingness to Upsell products when opportunities arise and maintain accurate transactional information
