Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and related premium experiences to general admission patrons.
  • •Manage VIP client experience from check-in through escort and assistance throughout the venue visit.
  • •Anticipate VIP client needs to ensure guest satisfaction and handle recognition for VIP/Foundation members and Live Nation executives.
  • •Coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security to deliver premium experiences.
  • •Execute nightly VIP setup including check-in processes, VIP seating area setup, table personalization, and signage as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant and/or VIP nightclub operations.

  • •Flexible schedule and ability to work a fast-paced, loud, stressful environment with prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
