Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and related experiences to General Admission concert patrons, handling the process from pitch through payment processing to guest experience fulfillment. Welcome, check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure satisfaction. Build strong relationships with VIP clients and Foundation Room members, coordinate with show-night teams, and execute nightly VIP setup including seating and signage.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and premium experiences; handle pitch, payment processing, and experience fulfillment.
•Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout the venue visit to ensure a VIP experience.
•Recognize Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives, and VIP clients to reinforce membership appreciation.
•Build relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients, utilizing and developing the CRM program for VIP clientele.
•Coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security and execute nightly VIP setup, including seating areas and VIP signage as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations and guest relations.
•Experience in selling to high-end, VIP clients.
•Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy, with a flexible schedule.
