Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business strategy into people and organizational strategies, identifying workforce risks, capability gaps, and culture implications.
  • •Coach and influence leaders on people leadership, organizational effectiveness, and decision-making, including constructively challenging perspectives.
  • •Lead organization design reviews, role clarity, workforce planning, headcount governance, and succession planning for critical roles.
  • •Own employee engagement and wellbeing agenda, including pulse surveys, focus groups, workshops, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • •Provide senior advisory and hands-on leadership for complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Thailand employment legislation and internal policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 12 years of progressive HR generalist experience in multinational, matrixed, growth-oriented environments.
  • •Experience operating as a senior HR business partner to business or country leaders.
  • •Strong knowledge of Thailand employment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • •Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders; handle complex employee relations and organizational issues independently.
