Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities related to facility operations promptly and efficiently.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and control/monitor load-out functions (including sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses).
  • •Load/unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty equipment and operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Maintain inventory quality and complete daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks, including lubrication and inspection for leaks.
  • •Follow safety policies and keep work areas clean and orderly; perform grounds maintenance (including snow removal) and warehouse tasks such as forklift/loader driving; deliver products to customer sites.
