Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product design and evolution for on-chain fund movement, allocation, and settlement capabilities.
  • •Define fund movement logic and controls to ensure fund security, traceability, auditability, and compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • •Own infrastructure for on-chain deposits and withdrawals, focusing on stability, scalability, and reliable end-to-end flow.
  • •Build operational tools, monitoring, and standardized operating procedures to improve automation and enable efficient issue identification and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, fintech, business).
  • •Preferably prior experience at an internet/cryptocurrency company in wallet and custody infrastructure, payments, clearing and settlement, or related transaction infrastructure.
  • •Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.
