Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the design, testing, and iteration of custom AI expert agents for enterprise marketing clients; help build and refine AI-powered workflows using WPP Open; research AI tools and frameworks; document agent performance and contribute to the knowledge base.
•Support the preparation and delivery of AI Discovery Workshops and transformation sessions for senior marketing leaders; develop workshop materials; attend client meetings; support internal training on AI tools and ways of working.
•Help develop pitch decks, case studies, proposals, and other sales collateral; conduct competitive analysis and market research; contribute to packaging and refinement of InDomo’s AI service offerings.
•Become proficient in WPP Open and stay on top of AI/mktg tech landscape; bring fresh thinking informed by academic research; share findings with the team.
•You’ll be embedded in a small team with real responsibility, access to senior colleagues, and opportunities to contribute from day one.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
•A genuine, demonstrable interest in AI and its application to marketing or business; you’ve explored AI tools beyond the basics and can discuss what you have learned.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; you can break down a complex topic and communicate it clearly.
•Confident communicator who is comfortable presenting ideas to a room, whether in a team meeting or a client session.
•Available for a full-time, 6-month internship based in Amsterdam.
