Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes and products.
  • •Own end-to-end test strategy from ICT to functional/system test, balancing test time vs throughput and coverage vs cost while deciding what to test where.
  • •Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and optimize testing methodologies.
  • •Manage functional test capacity and expansion; develop and maintain test assets (functional/system test, chamber, burn-in, stress tests, fixtures) and golden units.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing (or related) with 10+ years of manufacturing test engineering experience in a global environment.
  • •Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and use data analysis tools to produce actionable insights.
  • •Expertise in maintaining manufacturing compliance documentation and leading failure analysis/debug to determine root causes across design, process, and components.
  • •Deep technical expertise in high-speed digital interfaces (SerDes, Optical, Ethernet) and functional validation of complex boards and telecom systems.
  • •Programming proficiency (e.g., Python, C/C#) and experience with manufacturing testing automation tools.
