Job Summary

Lead enterprise change management initiatives within Kraft Heinz's Global Change Management Office, coordinating across global teams to plan and execute change strategies for complex programs. You’ll mentor junior Change Managers, perform impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, develop communication and training plans, and present progress to executives to drive adoption and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Change Management across the project lifecycle using Kraft Heinz methodologies and integrate activities across lifecycle phases, including Agile projects.
•Act as a dotted-line manager to junior Change Managers and Change Production team members.
•Perform Change Impact Assessments to identify stakeholders, impacts, timing, and recommended interventions by audience.
•Conduct Stakeholder Analysis to determine how to manage key stakeholders affected by the project.
•Develop Case for Change and create proactive Communication Plans to support project messaging and adoption.

Key Requirements

•Experience with enterprise and global Change Management (3+ Years) applying established methodologies and tools in corporate settings. Change Management education/certification preferred (e.g., Prosci/ACMP/APMG).
•Impeccable verbal/written English communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships, and work effectively across all levels.
•Familiarity with project life cycle phases, excellent organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple complex change efforts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, ability to address complex problems, develop solutions, and create high-quality executive-ready presentations.
•Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
