Job Summary

Deliver market-leading personal training to club members by coaching fitness, motivation, and lifestyle goals. Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First standards on the gym floor, including safe instruction and exercise correction. Run high-quality personal training programs, support events, and maintain KPIs. Complete required certifications and CPD, manage scheduling/diaries, update the Fitness Enterprise System, and follow administrative and compliance processes for member sessions.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high customer service on the gym floor and uphold Fitness First brand standards.
•Provide market-leading fitness expertise by engaging with members and delivering safe, corrective instruction.
•Deliver high-quality personal training programs and provide session delivery and support to the client base.
•Complete required training (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and ongoing development (CPD/IDEA Club Connect).
•Handle performance administration: update goals, diaries, rota, and member session records on the Fitness Enterprise System; ensure compliance with session policies.

Key Requirements

•A level or equivalent (secondary education).
•Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards being enrolled.
•Deliver company fitness KPIs and maintain brand standards on the gym floor.
•Demonstrate safety-focused instruction and advice on exercise execution.
•Maintain REPs certification by completing CPD points per year.
