Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor and uphold Fitness First brand standards.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise by engaging with members and delivering safe, corrective instruction.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and provide session delivery and support to the client base.
  • •Complete required training (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and ongoing development (CPD/IDEA Club Connect).
  • •Handle performance administration: update goals, diaries, rota, and member session records on the Fitness Enterprise System; ensure compliance with session policies.

Key Requirements

  • •A level or equivalent (secondary education).
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards being enrolled.
  • •Deliver company fitness KPIs and maintain brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Demonstrate safety-focused instruction and advice on exercise execution.
  • •Maintain REPs certification by completing CPD points per year.
