Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with engineering, business partners, and stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
  • •Lead roadmap creation and requirement gathering; manage and prioritize the feature backlog based on business value and user impact.
  • •Translate the software product roadmap into MVP iterations and work with technology teams to deliver and iterate on user stories.
  • •Clearly articulate product vision and the why/what/how to product owners and broader stakeholders; communicate status and tracking to completion.
  • •Define/ensure appropriate tracking and reporting post-launch to evaluate performance and inform future investment, including process SLAs and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience driving product implementation using an iterative approach.
  • •Strong business acumen with technical knowledge and a customer-first track record driving platform innovation.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, information security, mathematics, or statistics (or related).
  • •Experience in large-scale technology modernization and/or transformations.
  • •Proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, Agile, and SAFe principles; ability to connect stakeholder requirements.
