Key Responsibilities

  • •Review contractor work programs during pre-construction to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • •Monitor contractor schedules and daily activities against approved plans, investigate delay reasons, and recommend corrective measures.
  • •Support review of contractors’ submittals (staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans) and input to risk management plans.
  • •Support project managers with client relations and responses to technical/contractual clarifications, as needed; assist with coordinating third-party inspections.
  • •Track version control for drawings/specifications and assist with testing/commissioning plans, project progress reports, and issuance of take-over/defect liability, final accounts, and statements of completion.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering and Planning within a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy in the Middle East.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards/codes.
  • •Good analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication/presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency with scheduling and planning software (e.g., Primavera).
