Key Responsibilities

•Identify, design, and implement automated workflows to streamline complex financial processes and compliance reporting.
•Leverage Claude and other AI tools to automate routine compliance reporting and summarize regulatory updates.
•Conduct in-depth indirect rate development and modeling to support internal planning and external compliance across business units.
•Support the preparation and audit of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP) and Incurred Cost Proposals (ICP).
•Collaborate with FP&A, Pricing, Accounting, and Business Operations to identify inefficiencies and drive ad-hoc financial projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
•3+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 1 year focused on government contracting, project accounting, or indirect rate analysis.
•Some knowledge and practical application of FAR, DFARS, and CAS.
•Advanced analytical capabilities with a high level of accuracy; expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling) and/or AI tools.
•Proven ability to work multiple projects, prioritize deliverable timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
