Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders across EMEA on strategic and day-to-day employment law issues.
  • •Lead a team of employment lawyers and legal professionals across the region.
  • •Contribute to employment-related legal compliance matters and advise on employment issues for new business lines and markets in EMEA.
  • •Draft and revise employment-related agreements and policies, including employment contracts and severance agreements.
  • •Collaborate on employment disputes and create and lead training on EMEA employment law issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer in one or more EMEA regions (preferably UK and/or Ireland).
  • •Significant employment law experience in private practice and/or a corporate legal department, with experience across multiple EMEA countries.
  • •Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams of legal professionals.
  • •Experience handling employment litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions, including retaining/managing outside counsel and representing multinational companies in complex disputes.
  • •Strong communication skills, with demonstrated judgment, personal integrity, and interpersonal skills.
