Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Commission/Commission Manager by taking responsibility for allocated tasks across project stages.
  • •Deliver effective cost management service from pre-contract estimating through construction completion to ensure client objectives are met.
  • •Produce accurate Bills of Quantities and apply strong measurement capability for building and/or MEP works.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and (where applicable) interim applications and variation valuation.
  • •Interface with clients, contractors, and other consultants and assist in producing accurate and timely information and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline.
  • •5–10 years of experience in similar cost management roles.
  • •Good knowledge and experience in the real estate/property sector working for a cost consultancy.
  • •Solid pre-contract experience from feasibility through tendering, including measurement and pricing of building and MEP works and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • •Experience in post-contract services including interim applications, change management, and variation valuation; FIDIC preferred and contract procedure knowledge.
