Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow and own safety policies and procedures.
  • •Complete training from Production Associate positions to Assembly Mechanic roles.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance as required (monthly) and repairs for unplanned breakdowns.
  • •Operate, adjust, and repair production equipment while conducting inspections of in-process and finished products.
  • •Maintain required operating data and record keeping for production, efficiencies, maintenance, and quality/spoilage using paper and computer systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • •Comfort with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending, and twisting; lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • •Experience troubleshooting with PLCs and familiarity with industrial and motor controls are a plus.
  • •Working independently and managing multiple tasks in an off-shift position with rotating shifts requiring overtime, including weekends.
