Key Responsibilities

•Support internal efforts and enhancements of existing Identity Access Management systems.
•Identify automation opportunities to improve identity access management services and streamline end-to-end provisioning across enterprise platforms.
•Implement identity solutions to integrate users and applications from mergers and acquisitions.
•Implement security controls for human and non-human identities and handle access during identity lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
•Plan and build access reviews for cloud environments to ensure compliance while minimizing friction, and provide technical guidance to internal teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•3-6 years of experience in information security roles with security engineering, risk management, and control remediation fundamentals.
•Working knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks including PCI DSS, GLBA, and SOX.
•Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, processes, and technologies.
•Proven ability to develop and execute project plans for complex initiatives, prioritizing multiple workstreams and deliverables.
