Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-define change impact for 2-3 AI-native design and research transformation programs with executive sponsors and design program managers, facilitating working sessions and producing alignment artifacts.
  • •Build and run segmented readiness programs, creating readiness cohorts, differentiated messaging by cohort, and tracking migration from awareness to active adoption.
  • •Write audience-based communications explaining day-to-day impacts across people, process, and tech dimensions for individual contributors and managers.
  • •Co-own the end-to-end reinforcement system for each program to support measurable adoption and readiness movement over each 90-day cycle.
  • •Use impact assessments to help program leads and exec sponsors make better decisions before launch and monitor outcomes after launch.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or internal communications in a matrixed technology organization, with accountability for program adoption outcomes.
  • •Develop audience-segmented communication plans with distinct messaging for different audience groups (individual contributors, managers, senior leaders).
  • •Partner with senior/executive stakeholders to assess and define organizational change scope, producing artifacts like impact assessments, alignment briefs, and stakeholder maps.
