Job Summary

Support CIF operations by maintaining accountability of OCIE (Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment) issued to Soldiers. Verify on-hand quantities against the system of record, run cyclic/sensitive/annual inventories, reconcile property book discrepancies, and process adjustment documents. Manage issue/turn-in, serviceability checks, and documentation for lost/damaged/unserviceable items. Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation and use the Vantage platform to track shipments, reporting, and audits at Fort Sill.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accountability of OCIE issued to Soldiers.
•Verify property book records by matching on-hand quantities and conduct inventories per regulatory timelines.
•Reconcile discrepancies with the Accountable Property Officer (APO) and prepare adjustment documents when needed.
•Conduct OCIE issue/turn-in operations, including serviceability checks and QA on returned items.
•Prepare and process shipping documents and use Vantage to monitor document numbers, track shipments, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound reporting.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent with good oral and written communication skills.
•Military or equivalent civilian training in an Army supply system, including ISM-CIF and Vantage.
•Two (2) years of experience in logistics, automation, or supply management (or an equivalent combination).
•Excellent customer service skills and the ability to meet customer requirements.
•Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening, and obtain/maintain a CAC (including a favorable TIER-1 investigation result).
