Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently on defined problems and features, translating functional requirements into clean, maintainable code.
  • •Apply established architectural patterns and technical judgment while designing scalable services/components.
  • •Take ownership of code quality, testing, and production reliability, including automated unit and component tests.
  • •Partner with GenAI agents for code generation, refactoring, and automated testing, and apply Generative AI models to API integration and anomaly detection.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and participate in production releases and operational readiness activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering/information systems (or related) OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •1–2 years building and supporting enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
  • •Experience with microservices and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • •Hands-on use of AI-assisted software delivery tools (e.g., generative AI coding assistants) for prompt engineering, code review, test generation, and productivity workflows.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals including clean code, object-oriented design, data structures/algorithms, and scalable distributed system architecture.
