Key Responsibilities

  • •Support VA Acquisition leadership with analysis, progress tracking, status reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve a standardized contract intake process for technology/system integration requirements.
  • •Facilitate technical discussions with VA customers and vendors and educate customers on intake procedures, required documentation, and timelines.
  • •Analyze customer requirements and available contract vehicles to recommend the best-aligned contracting solutions and support acquisition package documentation.
  • •Draft/support Performance Work Statements (PWS), Product Descriptions, IGCE, J&A, Acquisition Plans, and create executive presentations that simplify complex information.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Clearance required: Public Trust.
  • •Deep understanding of the VA DTC low code/no code intake and procurement process.
  • •Must have VA DTC programmatic and low code/no code solution expertise.
  • •Proven experience managing a government contract or supporting government acquisition processes, with strong written/oral communication and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
