Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver data and analytics initiatives for Finance stakeholders within the Finance Systems & Innovation team.
  • •Work with Finance users and SMEs to understand needs, design data solutions, and own data initiatives end-to-end.
  • •Build end-to-end solutions including data workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • •Consult stakeholders to propose the best-suited data solutions and improve efficient data flows.
  • •Contribute to data governance projects and drive value for the Finance department and Agoda.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree.
  • •5+ years of experience with BI and analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase or similar), ideally 7+ years.
  • •Experience with ETL tools and data modeling, with strong SQL skills and proficiency in relational databases (write, execute, and interpret queries).
  • •Strong problem-solving, prioritization, proactive ownership, and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to understand business questions and propose scalable, measurable BI solutions.
