Job Summary

Lead the technical deployment of containerized solutions in enterprise customer environments, acting as a key point of contact for delivery and onboarding. Analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal Kubernetes-based solutions, and remove technical barriers to maximize adoption of Celonis features such as process mining, execution management, process automation, Action Flow, and task mining. Build real-time integrations via APIs, guide authentication and user provisioning, and translate customer technical requirements into successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the initial technical point of contact for enterprise clients to support Celonis deployment and onboarding.
•Lead technical discussions to analyze customer architecture, recommend solutions, and facilitate deployment within technical constraints.
•Remove technical obstacles by clarifying technical risks, tradeoffs, and required setup for Celonis adoption.
•Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
•Guide authentication and user/group management, including provisioning best practices, to enable user adoption.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
•Advanced Kubernetes knowledge with one distribution (Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or RedHat OpenShift).
•Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required.
•Strong Kubernetes best practices for deploying, scaling, and maintaining secure, resilient, highly available applications.
•Infrastructure as code experience (e.g., Terraform); Helm or Kustomize preferred, and experience with ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Ansible is a plus.
