Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for Mission Systems and Avionics development.
  • •Assist design engineers with technical reviews, including configuration change proposals, preliminary/critical design reviews, First Article Inspections, and qualification testing.
  • •Develop quality metrics and design/production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Perform capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection and Supplier Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRAs).
  • •Initiate corrective actions based on nonconformance trend analysis and perform analysis/benchmarking to achieve required process capability levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BS) in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, data science, physics, or chemistry.
  • •3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).
  • •3+ years of experience working with quality systems such as Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), ISO9001, and AS9100.
  • •3+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
