Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and delivering a high-quality client experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling, identifying client needs and opportunities, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking, while adhering to internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized client transactions while uncovering needs and maintaining accurate records.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying offers, needs, or opportunities.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.

•Ability to master PC keyboard/software skills and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
