Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years of post–law school corporate/transactional experience with a track record independently negotiating pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters).
  • •Licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada).
  • •Experience working with financial services firms such as asset managers or investment banks and understanding their expectations.
  • •Commercially minded, client-focused communication—able to deliver legal advice crisply and concisely.
