•Lead small working groups and provide technical support with the Discipline Lead in developing Civil designs (Geotechnical, Hydraulic, Roads and Topographic) for assigned projects, ensuring quality and safety.
•Ensure designs comply with NSR-10, RAS, API, ASTM standards and client specifications; participate in inter-disciplinary document reviews.
•Contribute to project reviews and technical topic definitions in internal meetings; attend workshops such as peer review and design reviews.
•Identify and report new hazards and environmental aspects in the workplace; promote safe moments at the start of meetings.

Key Requirements

•0-2 years of civil engineering experience in Oil & Gas/Energy/Industrial projects
•Professional in civil engineering or related field
•English level B2
•Based in Bogotá, Colombia with on-site responsibilities
•Ability to develop civil designs (geotechnical, hydraulic, roads, topography) and support design development with discipline leaders
