Job Summary

Perform assembly and installation of electrical and/or mechanical components using blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, and established shop practices. Use small hand tools such as soldering irons and wire strippers, and collaborate with the Manufacturing team to meet daily and monthly production targets. Support EH&S standards by reporting hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and wellbeing on site.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly across multiple skill levels.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components according to specified operation sequence.
•Utilize small hand tools including soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, and wrenches.
•Work with the Manufacturing team to support on-time product delivery by meeting daily and monthly targets.
•Adhere to EH&S practices, proactively report hazards, and recommend actions to support safety and wellbeing.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1-3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Experience applying manufacturing tools/techniques such as CI, Kaizen, and 5S is preferred.
•Ability to perform routine assembly preparation with multiple skill levels for assembly activities.
