Key Responsibilities

•Craft exceptional experiences by applying full range of product design skills to discover, design, and deliver intuitive, well-crafted experiences for Airtable’s workflows
•Contribute to a vision of Airtable by shaping features and the broader product arc as the platform evolves into an AI-native solution
•Build and prototype in code, exploring interactions in realistic environments using tools like Cursor, Codex, and GitHub Copilot
•Work closely with cross-functional partners (PMs, engineers, and others) to create cohesive user experiences
•See Airtable through the eyes of customers by conducting interviews and incorporating feedback into the design process

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 317,200 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of impactful work
•Ability to design and prototype across sketching, interaction design, and working prototypes (including code)
•Experience solving ambiguous, novel problems and influencing product direction
•Comfort bridging design and development and building working prototypes using code
•Strong collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
