Key Responsibilities

•Manage sales contracts and deals by creating and preparing agreements using provided templates and pricing guidelines.
•Process signed agreements by downloading and organizing files in Google Drive and updating HubSpot records.
•Execute deal closures in HubSpot, ensuring all required fields are accurately populated.
•Maintain data integrity across HubSpot, Streetsmart, and Airtable, including preventing duplicate deals and monitoring data hygiene.
•Provision and administer new customer setups in Vanta (MSP), configure permissions, and run weekly quality control audits.

•Experience generating, validating, and processing service proposals and customer-facing agreements.
