Key Responsibilities

•Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management using competitive reports.
•Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels; provide guidance on corporate transient, group & wholesale pricing.
•Effectively manage and control all inventory and pricing strategy across distribution channels including branded web, 3rd party sites, and the GDS.
•Ensure compliant implementation of Kempinski Revenue Management Standards; maintain data accuracy and timely data entry; regularly review and analyze data.
•Lead the property’s weekly Revenue Management meeting and produce forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis with +/-5% accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
•Minimum 7-10 years of progressive revenue management experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality.

•In-depth knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution platforms, and global market dynamics.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
