Provide leadership for the resolution of small business banking problem loan relationships, maximizing returns while minimizing losses for criticized business lending. Lead and coach asset managers, administrative support, and team leaders on past-due and maturity management, negotiation of resolution plans, risk rating and accrual accuracy, and transition of problem loans to SSDS. Oversee forecasting and SBA liquidation/guarantee purchase reporting, and drive policies and procedures companywide.
