Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, presentation-ready retail environment.
  • •Manage store-level inventory by receiving shipments, stocking product, conducting cycle counts, organizing storage, and escalating discrepancies or shortages.
  • •Provide customer service by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and processing sales accurately through the POS system.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking displays, rotating product, executing planograms, and supporting brand-immersive setups.
  • •Support merchandise needs for events and activations and complete required reporting, partnering with the Merchandise Store Manager on improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience in retail, merchandise, inventory, or customer-facing operations.
  • •Experience in branded retail or merchandise environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with visual merchandising, planogram execution, and product displays or pop-up activations.
  • •Familiarity with inventory receiving, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
