Job Summary

Support the training mission by analyzing needs and creating monthly and weekly departmental training plans for Food and Beverage teams. Maintain current F&B manuals, policies, and task breakdowns, and ensure new joiners complete orientation and training checklists within the first week. Document training attendance, deliver F&B standards, and develop new training programs while supporting presentation, retail standards, back-store replenishment, and health & safety compliance.

•Devise and communicate monthly and weekly departmental training plans and schedule team members for F&B training.
•Ensure up-to-date F&B manuals, policies, procedures, and task breakdowns are available and that every team member receives a personal copy.
•Coordinate F&B orientation for new team members and ensure training checklists are completed within the first week of employment.
•Deliver and communicate F&B standards and policies and procedures, document training attendance, and support health & safety training and workplace inspections.
