Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct training need analysis with the Training Manager.
  • •Devise and communicate monthly and weekly departmental training plans and schedule team members for F&B training.
  • •Ensure up-to-date F&B manuals, policies, procedures, and task breakdowns are available and that every team member receives a personal copy.
  • •Coordinate F&B orientation for new team members and ensure training checklists are completed within the first week of employment.
  • •Deliver and communicate F&B standards and policies and procedures, document training attendance, and support health & safety training and workplace inspections.
