Key Responsibilities

  • •Design RF microwave components and phased array applications
  • •Test and validate MMICs, modules, and test fixtures at RF/microwave frequencies
  • •Lead integration and testing of component- and system-level phased array hardware
  • •Provide technical support to production activities and assist with proposal writing and cost/schedule management
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet program requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 5 years of RF/Microwave design, analysis, and testing experience (advanced degree can substitute)
  • •Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, CST, Genesys) and analytical tools (Matlab)
  • •Proficiency in designing microwave components, CCAs, MMICs, and AESA/antenna systems and using RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers)
  • •Ability to obtain/hold DoD security clearance (Secret) and U.S. citizenship
  • •Strong written and verbal communication; willingness to travel to integration sites and support production
