Key Responsibilities

  • •Review contractor and subcontractor programmes, progress updates, lookahead schedules and Level 4 planning submissions.
  • •Provide day-to-day planning assurance across key construction packages, including 3-week lookaheads and package-level delivery plans.
  • •Monitor progress against the Performance Baseline, forecast programme outcomes and key project milestones.
  • •Identify schedule risks such as logic issues, interface constraints, progress slippage and critical path concerns; support mitigation planning.
  • •Support site progress validation through engagement with construction, QS, cost and package teams, and contribute to monthly reporting and schedule narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior Project Controls experience specialising in planning and scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6), including programme review, baseline comparison, progress updates, critical path analysis and forecast assessment.
  • •Senior planning experience on major onshore construction projects, ideally in Oil & Gas, clean energy, energy transition, heavy industrial, Petrochem or major infrastructure environments.
  • •Experience working in a site-based construction environment with direct interface with Contractors and Subcontractors.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to challenge programme submissions and provide practical planning advice.
