Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert for assigned local regulatory and statistical reporting areas.
  • •Assess and interpret new or changed laws and regulations, determining their impact on reporting obligations, methodologies, and processes.
  • •Coordinate implementation of new reporting requirements in reporting solutions and processes with Finance Development, External Reporting, and other stakeholders.
  • •Own and maintain internal regulatory reporting policies, methodologies, and instructions; strengthen reporting governance, internal controls, and risk management within assigned areas.
  • •Lead responses to regulatory inquiries and ad-hoc requests and contribute to audits and regulatory reviews as the reporting subject matter expert.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in finance or economics, mathematics, or business management.
  • •Experience in financial, regulatory, statistical, or supervisory reporting, audit, or regulatory interpretation.
  • •Strong expertise in reporting regulations, financial reporting principles, and how they impact statutory and regulatory reporting.
  • •Understanding of banking business and products or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
  • •Fluency in spoken and written English, with strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
